QIBEST Luminous Mascara

MascaraQIBEST Luminous Mascara QIBEST Luminous Mascara is a mascara designed for lash makeup, combining glitter finish with controlled application. Why You'll Love It This glitter mascara coats the lashes from root to tip so definition can be built in controlled layers. The glitter finish makes this glitter mascara suited to makeup looks where visible sparkle is part of the intended effect. A luminous finish adds visible light reflection to the applied area for a brighter-looking makeup result. Building the mascara in thin coats gives you more control over lash definition than applying one heavy layer. How to Use Sweep the brush from lash roots toward the tips. Add a second coat after the first begins to set if you want more definition.
